Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM

The neuroscience digital health company Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC (Cambridge, UK – LSE: COG), which develops and markets software products to improve brain health, today confirmed that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 (“2017 Annual Report and Accounts”), the Notice of the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and a Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders today.

 

The AGM is to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 24 May 2018 at the registered office of the Company, Tunbridge Court, Tunbridge Lane, Bottisham, Cambridge, CB25 9TU.
