Charles Wilson accepts permanent role at Quarto

We are pleased to announce that Charles Wilson has accepted the permanent position of Group Director of Legal and Business Affairs and Company Secretary at Quarto.

In this role, Charles will have responsibility for managing all legal requirements of the Group including: our Intellectual Property and contractual processes, helping to manage our risk and advising the Board and Leadership Team on both regulatory and corporate matters. He will also act as Company Secretary.

Charles will report to Carolyn Bresh, CFO and will work closely with the Contracts team. He will be a member of the Quarto Leadership Team.

Charles originally joined Quarto in December 2017 on an interim basis, from Ascot Lloyd Financial Services where he had been General Counsel & Company Secretary since July 2016. He has extensive experience as a senior in-house lawyer and Company Secretary, including tenures at Kingfisher, Ascential plc and Travelex. Before that, he was a partner of Trowers & Hamlins, a city law firm.
