Derby car dealership scoops top industry award

Bristol Street Motors Used Cars Derby is celebrating after receiving the coveted Customer Experience Award at the Auto Trader Retailer Awards.

The Derby-based dealership was selected as part of Auto Traders independent mystery shopping process, with parent company Vertu Motors plc beating off competition from 13,000 other UK retailers to receive the accolade.

The Auto Trader Customer Experience Award recognises the retailer that offers car buyers the very best customer experience across both their online and offline channels. 

Vertu Motors Plc (LON:VTU) operates as an automotive retailer in the United Kingdom. The company sells new cars, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, and used vehicles, as well as provides related aftersales services. It operates a chain of franchised motor dealerships inluding Bristol Street Motors.
