Northbridge Industrial Services appoints Christopher Caldwell as a Director of the Group

Northbridge Industrial Services plc (LON:NBI), the industrial services and rental company, has announced that further to the announcement of 12 March 2021, it has appointed Christopher Caldwell as a Director of the Group with immediate effect.

Chris joined Crestchic Loadbanks, a subsidiary of Northbridge, in 2008 as Rental Manager and since then he has held the position of Rental Director and most recently Managing Director. He also sits on the Association of Manufacturers of Power Systems (“AMPS”) council as a Director and is Chair of the marketing committee.  Prior to joining Crestchic he worked at Selwood Limited as a Specialist Products Business Manager, and SLD Pumps Limited as National Operations Director.

Commenting on the appointment, Peter Harris, Executive Chairman, said:

“I am delighted to welcome Chris to the Board of Northbridge. His experience in and knowledge of the Company and the industry as well as his background in electrical engineering brings valuable expertise to the Board and help us work towards the ongoing execution of our long-term strategy for continuing profitable growth.”
