Tatton Asset Management establishes Employee Benefit Trust

Tatton Asset Management (LON:TAM), the on-platform discretionary fund management (DFM) and IFA support services business, has announced that the Company has established an employee benefit trust. The EBT is expected to conduct future market purchases of the Company’s ordinary shares of £0.20 each in order to, among other things, satisfy potential future option exercises.
