An AIM-listed provider of specialist electrical equipment which employs almost 130 people in the UK and is headquartered in Burton-on-Trent has been lined up for a £122m takeover.

The Crestchic loadbank business was acquired in 2006 by Northbridge Industrial Services plc upon its admission to AIM. Earlier this year, the company changed its name to Crestchic.
