Versarien plc (LON:VRS), the advanced materials group, is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a site visit for potential investors and shareholders at its recently acquired Cambridge Graphene Ltd facility, at the Cambridge Graphene Centre, in Cambridge, on 8 May 2017.
There will be two sessions on the day; with 10am and 2pm starts; spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Ian Balchin has informed the Board of his intention to resign as a director and Non-executive Chairman of the Company, effective from 29 June 2017, in order to be able to devote more time to his other business interests.
The Board of the Company is considering its appropriate composition going forward and is looking to appoint a further director in a non-executive capacity in due course.
