Haydale Graphene Industries plc (AIM;HAYD), the global nanomaterials group,has told DirectorsTalk that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Nanospan India Pvt Ltd (‘Nanospan’) to collaborate on the development of advanced nano composites for applications in the Indian markets.
Nanospan is a graphene application development pioneer based in India with proven efficient and accurate material characterisation services. Pursuant to the MoU, Haydale will work with Nanospan on the development of nano composites focused on Defence, Aerospace and Energy sector opportunities in India.
