Shareholders in Martin Currie Asia Unconstrained Trust (MCP) have given the £141 million listed fund three years to prove its investment strategy and improve the rating of its shares.
All of the near 51% of shareholders who voted at the trust’s annual general meeting yesterday backed a resolution to continue the company for a further three years.
