Panneer Selvam Satheesh Kumar has been appointed as the new senior executive chef for Elegant Hotels’ all-inclusive properties, Turtle Beach by Elegant Hotels, Crystal Cove and Waves Hotel & Spa. Kumar will oversee the food offerings at the group’s Barbados hotels situated on the Platinum West Coast and South Coast.
Kumar joins Elegant Hotels with a wealth of experience in the Bajan hospitality sector having worked at Sandals Barbados for the last three years. His knowledge of all-inclusive catering is second to none with his career including 13 years aboard Royal Caribbean International cruise ships.
Elegant Hotels Group (LON:EHG) owns and operates seven luxury freehold hotels and a beachfront restaurant, Daphne’s, on the island of Barbados.
