Ceres Power Holdings plc (LON:CWR), a world leading developer of low cost, next generation fuel cell technology, today announced the appointment of Ms Caroline Hargrove as a Non-Executive Director of the Company effective from the 1 October 2018.
Caroline replaces Mike Lloyd who retired from the Board in July 2018. She has tremendous experience commercialising new technologies across a number of different sectors at McLaren Applied Technologies, where she is currently acting Chief Technology Officer. Caroline is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, Fellow of the IMechE and a Visiting Professor at the University of Oxford.
Ceres Power also announces that as part of the Company’s continued growth and focus on the development of both its plc board and Executive Boards, Mark Selby, Chief Technology Officer, will step off the plc Board from 1 October 2018. Mark remains a key person in the Executive Board at Ceres Power where he will continue to lead the development and delivery of the SteelCell®.
