Boku receives final holdback payment following divestment of Boku Identity to Twilio

Boku Inc (LON:BOKU), a leading provider of mobile payment solutions, has confirmed, further to its announcements on 19 January 2022 and 1 March 2022, the receipt of the final holdback payment of $5.6m in full and in cash from Twilio, for the purchase of Boku’s Identity business, bringing the total transaction value to $32.3 million.
