Nottingham-developed face masks which claim to be highly effective at preventing the spread of Covid-19 and other viruses are now being rolled out across India.
The masks are already available in the UK via online stores Amazon and Numed, with the chief scientific officer from the company who developed them saying it is now looking to provide a “moral response” to the pandemic in India.
Pharm2Farm, a nanotechnology company founded by Nottingham Trent University’ s Dr Gareth Cave, has now established routes to get its antiviral face masks sold across India to healthcare professionals and the general public.
Nanosynth Group plc (LON:NNN) is focused on the synthesis and application of nanoparticles. The group uses a patented process developed by Dr Cave at Nottingham Trent University. It has three subsidiaries; Pharm 2 Farm Ltd, nanosynth ltd and Cloudveil.
