Arria NLG plc converts another proof of concept into two pilots

Arria NLG plc (AIM: NLG), a leader in the development and deployment of Natural Language Generation (“NLG”), has told DirectorsTalk that it has successfully converted another initial proof of concept into two pilot applications which, on successful completion, will be deployed in the client’s live environment for operational acceptance.   The proof of concept was announced on 13 May 2015 with the UK arm of a global financial services group.

Under the new agreement, Arria will initially implement and deploy two applications into the chosen divisions of the client’s UK business and parts of its international business for wider operational testing and user acceptance. Once accepted the applications are expected to be made available to the whole business for use in the client’s live environment, where staff will access and use instances of the applications both on and off client premises.  Configuration fees payable for this deployment stage will be followed by annual licensing fees upon final acceptance by the client.

Stuart Rogers, Chairman and Chief Executive of Arria NLG, stated: “We are very pleased to see our initial proof of concept project develop over 12 months into a pilot programme for our customer. Our technology will help aid our customer in its efficiency by delivering smarter, faster and improved outcomes from its existing business processes.

“We see the evolution from a proof of concept agreement to a pilot programme as an illustration of the value we can deliver through our leading natural language generation technologies.”
