Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly met his Sudanese counterpart Abdalla Hamdok in Khartoum on 15 August to discuss bilateral cooperation on issues including the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD), as well as plans to partner on electrical connectivity and infrastructure projects.
