City of London Investment Group PLC Board Changes

City of London Investment Group PLC (LON:CLIG) announce today that Jane Stabile will be joining the Board as of 1 July 2018.  Jane is the president and founder of IMP Partners LLC, a FinTech consulting firm founded in 2004 that counts four of the top ten global asset managers amongst their clients.  In addition to managing IMP Partners LLC, Jane provides advisory services to clients making strategic decisions on the use of technology within their firms. Jane has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Upon joining Jane will become a member of the Audit, Nominations and Remuneration Committees.

There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules.
