Edenville Energy appoint Tavira Securities as broker

Edenville Energy Plc (LON:EDL) has announced the appointment of Tavira Securities Limited as broker to the Company. Tavira has recruited senior personnel that managed the Edenville relationship for the Company’s former broker, Brandon Hill Capital Limited, including Oliver Stansfield who is an approximate 5.2% shareholder in the Company. Brandon Hill has confirmed in writing its ongoing support to the Company in its capacity as an approximate 5.9% shareholder.

Strand Hanson Limited who, as Edenville announced on 4 January 2022, had been acting as interim broker have relinquished that role and remain the Company’s nominated and financial adviser.
