fastjet (AIM: FJET), Africa’s low-cost airline, and its Remuneration Committee has told DirectorsTalk that on 15 August 2016, the following options have been granted to Directors of the Company, exercisable at 31.5p, being the warrant price adopted in the recent fundraising exercise. The options represent, in aggregate, 1.99 per cent. of the existing ordinary share capital of the Company.
