The bodies of Franco-Mexican restaurateur Baptiste Lormand and his Mexican business partner Luis Orozco were found in the southern Mexico City neighbourhood of Tlalpan on 28 November. Their hands were tied, and they had been beaten. Lormand was the owner of a prominent restaurant in the wealthy district of Polanco.
