‘How Comics Work’ nominated for Eisner Awards

How Comics Work, from New York Quarto Group imprint, Wellfleet Press, has been nominated for Best Comics-Related Book for the 2018 Eisner Awards! The nominations have been announced on Comic-Con.org.

Author Dave Gibbons has also been nominated for entry in the Will Eisner Hall of Fame.

The results for both will be announced by celebrity presenters at the gala awards ceremony on the evening of July 20 at Comic-Con in San Diego.

The Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards are considered the “Oscars” of the comics world. Named for the pioneering comics creator and graphic novelist Will Eisner, the awards are given out in more than two dozen categories during a ceremony each year at Comic-Con International: San Diego.
