London Stock Exchange listed JTC Plc (LON:JTC) has partnered with leading blockchain business Brickblock Limited to launch a highly innovative and forward-focused platform for supporting cross-border real estate investment.

The new platform provides a cutting-edge technical solution for allowing real estate investments via smart contracts on the blockchain. This allows transactions, whether it’s investing in an asset or raising capital for a project, to be conducted faster, more efficiently and more cost-effectively, than via traditional financial institutions. Notably, investments through the platform are not restricted by long-term holds, enabling investors to trade or sell their shares at any time.
