KEFI Gold and Copper secures five additional exploration licenses in Saudi Arabia

KEFI Gold and Copper has been granted five additional exploration licenses through its Saudi Arabian joint venture, Gold and Minerals Limited.

The licenses, named Wadi Na’afa, Al Awja, Abu Salal North, Umm Al Khabath, and Jabal Selm, are all located in potential mineral belts and host areas of historic mineral mining and were granted on an initial five-year tenure. These licenses are located South of the company’s Hawiah project, in the Wadi Bidah Mineral Belt, and have possibilities of volcanic massive sulphide.

London-listed company KEFI Gold and Copper plc (LON:KEFI) is an exploration and development company focused on gold and copper deposits in the highly prospective Arabian-Nubian Shield. The Company operates in Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia with projects including Tulu Kapi project, Jibal Qutman EL and Hawiah.
