Andrew Webb has joined the Board of Dublin headquartered mining company Kenmare Resources as a Non-Executive Director ahead of his expected appointment as Chair.
He is expected to succeed Steven McTiernan after he steps down from the position of Chair following the Company’s 2022 Annual General Meeting, having completed a nine-year term on the Board.
The company says he brings extensive natural resources and financial advisory experience to the Board.
Kenmare Resources plc (LON:KMR) is an established mining company, which operates the Moma Titanium Minerals Mine, located on the north east coast of Mozambique.
