Nasstar announce Board changes

Further to the announcement of 29 April 2019, Nasstar (LON:NASA), the provider of hosted managed and cloud computing services, confirmed that the Board changes previously outlined have now taken effect.

Peter Daresbury has stepped down from the board after 12 years as Chairman, with Nick Bate becoming Group chairman, having joined the Board as a non-executive director in January 2014.  At the same time Ben Marnham has today joined the board as a non-executive director.
