Newlette uses science to increase customer lifetime value, loyalty and entertainment. Through the use of 48 machine learning algorithms, Newlette models player behaviour, presenting the optimum offers and bonuses, based on individual playing styles, to increase engagement and reduce bonus costs.
Its experienced marketers and data scientists will complement Nektan’s existing successful customer relationship management (CRM) offering with a bespoke strategy that helps to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability across Nektan’s white label network.
