Burton on Trent-based Northbridge Industrial Services has increased its outlook for the current financial year as the business prepares to change its name.
The listed company, which provides industrial equipment to the construction, power and oil and gas sectors, said trading during the first quarter was ahead of management’s expectations, which has “accelerated” further into the second quarter.
This comes ahead of the group’s AGM later today, when a resolution will be proposed to change the name of the company to Crestchic Plc.
Northbridge Industrial Services (LON:NBI) hires and sells specialist industrial equipment. It’s subsidiary Crestchic designs, manufactures, sells and hires loadbank equipment which is primarily used for the commissioning and maintenance of independent power sources, such as diesel generators and gas turbines.
