Rare Earth Minerals Plc “live” on the OTC platform in the United States

Rare Earth Minerals Plc (AIM: REM) has told DirectorsTalk that further to the announcement on the 9 December 2015, REM’s American Depositary Receipts have been formally been admitted for trading on the OTC platform in the United States via a sponsored Level 1 ADR program. The Company’s ADRs will represent 1 ADR for every 500 ordinary REM AIM-listed shares. REM will trade under the symbol “REMMY” on the OTC platform in the United States and continue to trade on AIM and ISDX as “REM”.
