REACT Group wins major contract worth £1.8m

REACT Group plc (LON:REAT), the leading specialist cleaning, hygiene, and decontamination company, has announced it has been awarded a contract with a new customer to provide cleaning services to five shopping centres in the West Midlands.

The agreement is for an initial three years, worth approximately £1.8m over this period, with an option to extend for an additional two years.

The contract will commence immediately and the value of work in the current financial year, ending 30 September 2023, is estimated to be approximately £100k.

Commenting on the contract win Shaun Doak, Chief Executive Officer of REACT, said:

“We are delighted to bring on board another material new customer in a segment of the market where the REACT group’s offering is quickly becoming a trusted and valuable service.  This contract consolidates the unique capabilities from across our group to deliver a comprehensive cleaning maintenance programme for the operator of these five successful shopping complexes in the West Midlands”.
