Real estate investment fund has “no US office exposure” says Hardman (LON:RECI)

Real Estate Credit Investments Ltd (LON:RECI) announced their latest factsheet at 30 September 2023. 

As at 30 September 2023, the Company was exposed to a diversified, partially inflation protected portfolio of 45 investments with a valuation of £334m.

A dividend of 3.0p per share was declared on 14 September 2023 and paid on 13 October 2023. A full attribution of changes in the NAV per share is presented in the table in the factsheet.

In Hardman’s latest research note of 9 September 2023, analysts noted that Real Estate Credit Investments has limited office exposure and none in the US – the sector most exposed to working from home. In its investment summary, it noted, “RECI generates an above-average dividend yield from well-managed credit assets.” Read the full research note here.
