There’s an overwhelming burst in wearable technology that’s penetrating the conventional marketplace. Experts predict that the wearables market is going to be a $25 billion market by 2019. However, when it comes to the know-how of using the technology to design and then scale up customer experiences, wearables are still in the development stage. In fact, marketers are trying to determine what sort of gadgets can be classified as wearable technology.
The definition remains ambiguous…..
By the way, what’s a wearable?
- They’re not just watches
- They’re not just gadgets
- They don’t have to always have a screen.
All that we really have to think is, what wearables are going to become to ensure how rational are we thinking about them. And I agree, smart watches are an undeniable part of the growing popularity of wearable technology.
