Omega Performance needed an analytics solution that could deliver several real-time data points, including who was taking the courses, how they performed on tests, and where they stood in the overall training process.
Today, Omega Performance’s clients can measure the success of training modules in real time and compare results for different internal groups. They can also identify areas in which employees are having difficulty.
