Labour MP Chris Bryant’s cancer fight after trip to barber reveals killer mole

Going to the ­barber’s will forever prove bittersweet for Chris ­Bryant as he owes his life to a haircut that exposed a mole which turned out to be skin cancer .

And the Welsh MP has urged others to seek urgent help if they spot ­suspicious lesions on their skin to give themselves a bigger chance of survival.

Staples, skin grafts and a huge dressing are painful evidence of his brush with death after being diagnosed with a stage three melanoma.
