Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index HSI, -0.05% added 0.8% to 19,108.50, while Japan’s Nikkei 225 Index NIK, +0.90% added 2.2% to 32,217.43.
China’s Shanghai Composite Index SHCOMP, -1.15% added 0.1% to 3,232.44, and Singapore’s FTSE Straits Times Index STI, -0.07% increased 0.6% to 3,186.46. South Korea’s KOSPI Composite Index 180721, +0.54% increased 0.5% to 2,615.41, while Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 Benchmark Index XJO, -1.20% rose 1.0% to 7,216.30.
