One Health positioned for growth as NHS reforms unfold

One Health Group and Feedback are emerging as frontrunners in capitalising on the NHS’s Elective Reform Plan, according to leading City analysts. These companies are poised to play pivotal roles in delivering the government’s ambitious 18-week referral-to-treatment target, leveraging their innovative platforms and proven models to align seamlessly with national healthcare objectives.

The NHS Elective Reform Plan, unveiled by NHS England, outlined transformative measures to enhance patient care, including the expansion of Community Diagnostic Centres (CDCs) and the development of surgical hubs. These initiatives will draw from a £1.5 billion capital investment announced in the Autumn Budget, though specifics regarding allocations remain pending.

Feedback stands out as a key beneficiary of these reforms. The company’s Bleepa platform, uniquely capable of enabling clinicians to share diagnostic images for collaborative decision-making, is already integrated within CDCs. Its recent designation as a Diagnostic Enhanced Advice and Guidance tool grants it access to targeted funding, positioning Feedback to scale operations effectively. Julie Simmonds, research analyst at Panmure Liberum, praised Bleepa’s potential to streamline patient care and described Feedback as a “speculative Buy” with increasingly tangible prospects. Panmure’s 60p target price underscores a substantial upside from the current 18p valuation.

One Health also garnered strong endorsements for its alignment with NHS priorities. Its proven ability to reduce waiting lists by leveraging independent capacity and its focus on surgical hubs are well-suited to addressing the NHS backlog. Simmonds highlighted that integrating the Patient Choice system into the NHS App could significantly boost demand for One Health’s services, reinforcing its competitive edge. With a target price of £2.75 against a current valuation of £2.10, One Health’s growth potential is clear.

Both companies are uniquely positioned to support the NHS in meeting critical targets while advancing their market leadership. Feedback’s cutting-edge technology and One Health’s operational expertise demonstrate the transformative potential of innovation and strategic alignment in reshaping healthcare delivery.

Feedback is a leading provider of medical imaging solutions, empowering clinicians with tools for effective collaboration. One Health Group specialises in leveraging independent healthcare capacity to optimise surgical pathways and reduce patient waiting times.
