New car awards have revealed the best vehicles on sale in the UK in 2019. The third-annual Auto Trader New Car Awards have outlined which of the best are for specific purposes such as ‘Most Fun to Drive’ or ‘Best for Long Distances.’ Of all the awards of the event, the most prestigious is the New Car of the Year which was handed to the Peugeot 3008. It beat off competition from vehicles such as the Hyundai Ioniq, Skoda Octavia and Mercedes-Benz E-Class.
The car awards are based on reports from over 63,000 real car owner in the UK who evaluate the vehicle after living with the car for a number of years.
