Following the appointment of a new CEO, our Client underwent a significant restructuring. Their aim was to move away from a siloed regional model, to one which was more centralised, thus improving communications, reducing costs, delayering management and gaining greater efficiencies.
With the change programme underway, the CEO wished to improve the overall quality of
governance/risk to become “upper quartile in terms of best practice”. To achieve this, they needed to restructure these functions and prepare for future succession planning.
