Duke Capital has achieved another milestone, securing record-breaking revenues despite challenging market conditions. With a strategic focus on growth, the firm continues to demonstrate its commitment to delivering value to its investors and partners.
The company, which specialises in providing innovative financing solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises across Europe and the US, expects to post recurring cash revenue of £6.5 million for the three months to December 2024. This marks a 4% year-on-year increase compared to the same period in 2023 and edges past the £6.4 million recorded in the previous quarter, setting a new benchmark for its financial performance.
December also saw Duke Capital complete a significant £23.5 million funding round. This injection is aimed at bolstering portfolio mergers and acquisitions while advancing its broader funding strategy. The capital raise further strengthens Duke’s financial foundation, enabling it to explore accretive growth opportunities across its existing portfolio.
Chief Executive Neil Johnson expressed confidence in the firm’s performance and resilience. “We are pleased to report that despite the ongoing uncertainties in the UK markets, we continue to deliver revenue growth, with Q3 FY25 on course to continue our trend of increasing quarterly revenues,” he said. Johnson highlighted the company’s stable dividend yield of approximately 9% at the current share price, emphasising its robust value proposition for shareholders.
With its solid balance sheet, Duke Capital is well-positioned to pursue strategic opportunities that enhance its portfolio’s value. By maintaining its focus on sustainable growth, the firm reinforces its reputation as a reliable partner for mid-market businesses seeking transformative financial solutions.
