Duke Capital has reaffirmed its commitment to BPVA Ireland with a further £1.9 million investment, bringing its total backing to an impressive £20.4 million. This latest injection of capital is set to drive BPVA’s expansion through the strategic acquisition of Pinta Crew, a leading Irish consultancy specialising in workforce and resource optimisation for businesses across domestic and international markets.
Since its inception in 2018, BPVA has consistently executed a buy-and-build strategy within the UK and Irish resourcing and talent sector. With Duke’s financial support, BPVA has completed five major acquisitions, including PE Global, Vantage, Brightwater, Sabeo, and now Pinta Crew, alongside five smaller bolt-on deals. This progressive expansion has solidified BPVA’s standing in the industry, now encompassing ten successful businesses under its umbrella.
Duke Capital’s latest financing follows its standard investment framework, incorporating an annual revenue adjustment factor of up to plus or minus 6% on payments due. This structure ensures flexibility and alignment with BPVA’s continued growth trajectory.
Neil Johnson, CEO of Duke Capital, expressed enthusiasm for the latest acquisition, emphasising how Pinta Crew’s established multinational client base perfectly complements BPVA’s ambitions. With this addition, BPVA further strengthens its position as a premier provider of consultancy and recruitment solutions across Europe, enhancing its value proposition to organisations seeking top-tier talent and strategic workforce support.
BPVA Ireland continues to reinforce its role as a key player in the resourcing and consultancy sector, delivering expertise and solutions that drive business efficiency and workforce excellence.
