Edenville Energy plc (AIM: EDL), the company focussed on developing a coal-to-power project in south west Tanzania, has told DirectorsTalk of its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2015.

Post Period Highlights
– Mining Licence for Mkomolo granted on the 23 February 2016
– Registration of a new Tanzanian company, “Edenville Power TZ Ltd”, to assume responsibility for the power plant portion of the project
– Site preparations starting
