Vandita Vaidya joined Accrol in 2020 following the acquisition of Leicester Tissue Company (LTC). Vandita’s career in paper and manufacturing began in 2006, starting as an administrator she progressed in a number of roles and departments, until she landed a role in the technical team at Sofidel where she developed her passion for technical and product development. Unfortunately, limited progression
opportunities were available to her and she was offered a role with Leicester Tissue Company in 2014.
