INTERVIEW: LMS Capital Plc Return of Capital

LMS Capital PLC (LON:LMS) Fund Manager Graham Bird talks to DirectorsTalk about the latest return of capital, what has been done as new managers since taking on LMS, how the portfolio has performed during the period and what investors should now expect from the new strategy.

 

LMS Capital plc is a listed private equity investment company managed by Gresham House Asset Management (GHAM). Its focus is predominantly on direct investment at the smaller end of the UK private equity market.

The Company’s investment objective is to achieve absolute total returns over the medium to long term, principally through capitial gains and supplemented with the generation of a longer term income yield. The Company targets a return on equity, after running costs, of between 12% and 15% per annum over the long term.
