The first business to be opened at Nottingham’s Island Quarter has been hailed as ‘amazing’ by people in the city. Newly-built Binks Yard launched on Wednesday, September 14 and is the first venture of the £1 billion regeneration of the 36-acre site between London Road and Manvers Street.
The new bar and grill, headed up by MasterChef: The Professionals champion Laurence Henry, has canalside views and a plaza for outdoor entertainment unlike anything else in the county. John Gooday, who was passing by the building on his bike, described it as amazing.
