Burton-based Crestchic Ltd, the acknowledged world leader in the manufacture, sales and rental of loadbank testing equipment, has welcomed a new vehicle into its growing fleet. The Mercedes Benz Actros 2546 LS Tractor Unit is built to comply with current and near future legislation, keeping Crestchic one step ahead of the game.
Jo Price, Rental Manager at Crestchic, said: “This new vehicle complies with the ULEZ (Ultra Low Emissions Zone) in London and the DVS (Direct Vision Standard), which comes into force in October, again in London.
“ULEZ and DVS are there to better protect the environment and vulnerable road users, such as pedestrians and cyclists, but as other cities across the UK have suggested they could soon adopt these schemes, this new addition to our fleet puts us in a great position for the future.”
Northbridge Industrial Services (LON:NBI) has two core activities, Crestchic Loadbanks and Tasman Oil Tools. Crestchic is a specialist electrical equipment business which manufactures, sells and rents loadbanks and transformers from its base in Burton on Trent and has depots in France, Germany, Belgium, UAE and Singapore.
