Remote Monitored Systems PLC (LON:RMS), the AIM quoted survey, inspection and monitoring company, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Geocurve Limited, which provides Survey and Inspection services to a range of major blue-chip companies and government agencies, has agreed to enter into a contractual Joint Venture, for mobile mapping with Landscope Engineering Limited.

Through the contractual JV the parties will pool certain specified assets and contribute joint resources including customer pipelines, create a single common brand and jointly market, procure and deliver commercial services to an expanded client base. Landscope and Geocurve will also share their knowhow, skills and experience in all aspects of surveying. Both Landscope and Geocurve believe that working collaboratively will enable them to provide exceptional quality survey data above land, on land, underground and in water and provide both companies with the readily available resources that they need, to deliver a complete survey package, with unrivalled customer service.  The aim of the JV is to combine knowledge and create a centre of excellence in mobile mapping, ultimately becoming a market leader in the acquisition and analysis of mobile mapping data.
