Ken Beaty, Chairman of Sumo Group, said:

Sumo Group (LON: SUMO), the provider of turnkey and co-development solutions to the world’s largest video game publishers, announced today the appointment of Andrea Dunstan (58) as an independent non-executive director with effect from * September 2018.
Andrea has extensive experience of organisational development and HR strategy, gained over three decades as an executive HR Director for quoted companies, including Wincanton plc, AstraZeneca plc and Barclays Bank plc. Latterly, she was Chief People Officer for Premier Farnell PLC, a role which she held for five years until January 2017, shortly after the company was the subject of a takeover.
She is a non-executive director and chair of the Remuneration Committee of Macfarlane Group PLC and an Executive Council member of Salford University, where she also chairs the Remuneration Committee.
Andrea will join the Remuneration Committee, replacing Ian Livingstone as Chair. Ian will remain a member of this Committee. She will also join the Audit Committee and Nominations Committee. Ken Beaty will step down from the Audit Committee. Following these changes, the composition of the committees will be:
· Audit Committee: Michael Sherwin (Chair), Ian Livingstone and Andrea Dunstan
· Remuneration Committee: Andrea Dunstan (Chair), Ian Livingstone and Michael Sherwin
· Nominations Committee: Ken Beaty (Chair), Michael Sherwin, Ian Livingstone and Andrea Dunstan
