Union Jack Oil plc “positive that the Environmental Agency is inclined to approve” says Europa Oil and Gas

Union Jack Oil plc LON:UJO a UK-focused, onshore oil and gas production and exploration company notes the announcement released today by Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc in respect of PEDL143, where Union Jack holds a 7.5% interest. Europa included the following statements:

“Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, the UK and Ireland focused exploration, development and production company, is pleased to note a draft decision advertisement issued by the Environment Agency on 15 February (http://bit.ly/2C3rPDh) that it is inclined to award a bespoke environmental permit for drilling and testing the Holmwood exploration well in PEDL 143 at Bury Hill Wood, Coldharbour Lane, Surrey.
