Union Jack Oil targets new well for onshore gas extraction in East Yorkshire

By late 2024, this endeavor aims not only to redefine onshore gas extraction but also to serve as a testament to the company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Chair David Bramhill has emphasised the strategic importance of this operation, highlighting the significant cost savings and environmental considerations at play.

Amidst the rolling hills of East Yorkshire, the West Newston project is poised to enter a new chapter with the drilling of the WN-A3 well.
