Boohoo’s investment appeal appears to be increasing to my mind. The company is putting in place a refreshed management team which could provide it with fresh impetus. It also has a geographically diverse customer base, which could lessen the potential impact of any disruption caused by Brexit.
Since the Boohoo share price has a PEG ratio of around 1.6, I am optimistic about its long-term growth potential. What appears to be a loyal customer base could provide it with a relatively large economic moat in the long run.
Boohoo Group PLC (LON:BOO) operates as an online fashion retailer in the United Kingdom, rest of Europe, the United States, and internationally. The company also provides its products under the boohoo, boohooMAN, PrettyLittleThing, and Nasty Gal brand names.
