Conygar, the company which is planning to redevelop the Island Quarter site in Nottingham, has agreed a Section 106 agreement with Nottingham City Council.
The development, which received outlined planning permission in April 2019 and saw work clearing the site start earlier this year, will be transformed as part of the regeneration of the southern side of the city.
Christopher Ware of Conygar said this was a significant step for the development: “We are really pleased to have reached an agreement on the Section 106 commitments with Nottingham City Council.
