Island Quarter developer explains reason behind grant funding campaign

The developer behind a £650m project to regenerate a derelict Nottingham site, has spoken out over a grant funding campaign recently released.

Conygar, the developer behind The Island Quarter on the former Boots Island site, has launched a grant funding campaign to help fast forward the site’s redevelopment.

The campaign was published on the development website, and is described as a ‘levelling up fund application’.

Conygar Investment Company PLC (LON:CIC) is an AIM quoted property investment and development group dealing primarily in UK property.
